Questions
Straight answers about what this is.
SoulOne improves the quality of your judgment. It is not an oracle, a therapist, or a service that decides on your behalf.
Does SoulOne make decisions for me?
No. SoulOne helps structure your options, assumptions, risks and tradeoffs. The final decision remains yours.
Can SoulOne predict my future?
No. Scenarios and timelines show plausible sequences based on your current assumptions. They are not forecasts, and real events may change the path.
Is this therapy?
No. SoulOne is a decision tool. It does not diagnose conditions and is not a substitute for professional mental-health support.
Is SoulOne financial advice?
No. Financial information may support scenario analysis, but SoulOne does not replace a qualified financial professional.
What happens to my data?
Your life model is private by default. You decide what is stored, what may be shared, who can participate in a shared decision, and what is deleted.
What if SoulOne is wrong about me?
Every conclusion shows its evidence and a confidence level, and you can mark it accurate, partly accurate, incorrect or no longer true. Corrections update the model.
Can two people use it for the same decision?
Yes. In a shared decision each person answers privately first; the alignment report names shared assumptions and topics to discuss without exposing private answers.
How is this different from a generic AI chatbot?
A chatbot produces an answer. SoulOne keeps a persistent model of your life, generates alternatives, tracks assumptions and uncertainty, turns choices into actions, and reviews real outcomes over time.
